We have become very well known in the Celebrity circuit. Our products have been featured at The Oscar's and Emmy Awards Gifting Suites as well as The Miss New York/Miss USA Pageant. Our logo and products are a registered brand on Amazon. They are also sold the with the above logo on the HBCU Tour website which caters to over 280,000 college students. These products have become well known with the logo and have been retailed with said logo since 2017. The other company with a similar sounding name retails skincare products and does retail Cosmetics such as LaMonique Cosmetics lipsticks, foundations and lipglosses. Consumers nationwide have no problem in distinguishing the two brands. This logo has appeared on several high profile and celebrity events and has become very recognizable. The company name derives from my current name and birth name which was changed legally due to being a survivor of severe domestic violence. Many of my celebrity customers actually refer to me as LaMonique instead of Monique, they refer to me and my brand as one unit.
