35 Providing re-entry services in the nature of charitable services, namely, organizing, developing, and implementing programs that aim to improve the lives of individuals with criminal backgrounds post-parole, namely, formerly incarcerated persons, their families, and those at risk for incarceration by providing resources to overcome re-entry barriers in the field of employment, housing, transportation and medical health, mental health and social services
