The mark consists of The font of "Be You" is specific and purposeful. The "E" in BE, has a long vertical line on the left. The first line at the top of the E is a short line. The next line for the middle line of the E is closer to the top than the bottom, is not equidistant to the top and bottom and is longer than the top line but even in length with the bottom line. The Third and bottom line of the E is the same length as the middle line. The design of the "E" represents open arms hugging the follow on word YOU. The "O" in YOU represents a gender neutral person. It is a circle at the top with two dots below it to signify the head and body of a person. Together these words and font reinforce gender equality and the fact that we all need to embrace ourselves, know who we are and love who we are.
