The color(s) from left to right: yellow, orange, red, violet, indigo, blue, green is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of A heart shape with vertical colors of varying width going left to right of: yellow, orange, red, violet, indigo, blue, green. The colors bleed from one to the next so they do not have a distinct beginning and end with the exception of the far left beginning (yellow) and far right end (green). The colors also do not have a uniform end point at the bottom of the heart but rather stop at varying length. The colors at top of the heart and the beginning of the downward curve on each side show a more uniform heart shape. Within the heart is a white (non-color) portion that forms an image of an adult figure facing forward (waist and above) with the left hand holding the left hand of a child swimming; a white multi-curved line is immediately below these two figures to create the image of water. Below the heart are the words, "Swim For Charlie" (without parenthesis).
