The mark consists of the text MyMEDPAK. The word "My" appears to the left of the letters "M", "E", and "D" and consists of a slanted capital letter "M" and a slanted lower case letter "y". The letters "M", "E", and "D" all appear in capital letters. The letters "P", "A", and "K" appear to the right of the letter "D". The letters "P", "A", and "K" are rotated to the left ninety degrees and are capital letters. The letter "K" appears above the letter "A" which appears above the letter "P". The letters "P", "A", and "K" appear in a smaller font size than the other letters. The mark also consists of a curved line that extends from the bottom of the letter "y" in the word "My". The curved line continues beneath the letter "M" in the word "My" and wraps around the side of the letter "M" in the word "My" and continues across the top of all of the text. The curved line is not consistent in thickness.
