Article 6ter Paris Convention
The emblem comprises five parallel grey horizontal bars under a partial grey arch. To the right of the horizontal bars, also under the arch, is a design of the European flag consisting of a blue rectangle inside of which are twelve yellow five-point stars positioned in a circle.
The colors blue, yellow, and grey are claimed as features of the emblem.
