The mark consists of rectangular image containing a red border speckled with black, inside the border is a stylized scroll that is textured tan and green. The scroll has tears and weathering and a thin brown rope outlined in black that appears to be woven through the scroll in both the upper portions and the lower left corner. In the lower left corner, the thin rope is covered by a representation of a blue wax seal with a left facing eagle with wings open but not in flight. At the bottom of the blue wax seal are two brown shaded tassels which are meant to be the end of the aforesaid thin rope. In the scroll on the upper center portion is a seal similar to a coat of arms with blue border. The sides of the seal has architectural columns represented. The top of the seal has a blue crown, the center of the seal is a shield that is the color of blue with a white diagonal stripe going from bottom left to upper right. On said stripe there are three red stars. Bordering the stripe on the upper and the lower, are four white birdlike images. Below the seal is a stylized black and red wording "JEPPSON'S". Underneath that is the stylized black and red wording "BOURBON". Underneath that, is the stylized black and red wording "A BLEND OF STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEYS".
