Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of four squares of varying sizes and two hexagons of the same size and shape. All the squares and the hexagons are fully shaded. All the squares are turned so that one corner points straight up and one corner points straight down, giving the squares a diamond shape. The smallest square is at the top of the design with the next smallest square located below and slightly to the left of it. The sides of the smallest square are parallel to the corresponding sides of the next smallest square. The third smallest square is located below and slightly to the right of the second smallest square with the distance between it and the closest side of the second square being the same as the distance between the closest sides of the first and second squares. The sides of the third square are parallel to the corresponding sides of the second square. The fourth and largest square is located below and slightly to the left of the third smallest square with the distance between it and the closest side of the third square being the same as the distance between the closest sides of the first and second squares. The sides of the fourth square are parallel to the corresponding sides of the third square. Both hexagons are formed entirely by straight lines that intersect at 90 degree angles. The shape of the two hexagons consists of two adjoining sides that are longer than the other four sides, all of which other sides are of equal length. The corner formed by the intersection of one long side and one short side of each hexagon points straight up just as one corner of each square does. The lowest corners of each hexagon point straight down just as one corner of each square does. The hexagons are oriented so that one is above and to the right of the other. The two longest sides of the upper hexagon form its outside edges, which are on the right side of the design, and the two longest sides of the lower hexagon form its outside edges, which are on the left side of the design. The highest corner of the hexagon on the right side of the design is on the same horizontal plane as the highest corner of the fourth and largest square. The next highest corner of this hexagon touches the right hand corner of this fourth square in such a way that the upper right hand side of this fourth square and the upper left hand side of this hexagon form a 90 degree angle. The third smallest square is located directly above this 90 degree angle and its lower right and left hand sides are equidistant from and parallel to the sides of the fourth square and hexagon that form that angle. The bottom point of this third square is slightly below the horizontal plane of the highest corners of the fourth square and the right side hexagon. The highest corner of the hexagon on the left side of the design touches the bottom corner of the fourth square. The next highest corner of this left side hexagon touches a corner of the right side hexagon in such a way that a square is formed by two sides of the right side hexagon, one side of the left side hexagon, and the lower right side of the fourth square. This square is unshaded and one of its corners points straight up and one straight down. Directly beneath this square is an unshaded square with three sides. Its three sides are formed by (i) the short side of the right side hexagon, one end of which touches the second highest corner of the left side hexagon and the other end of which intersects with the lower longer side of the right side hexagon, and (ii) two intersecting short sides of the left side hexagon, the upper end of one of which touches the corner of the right side hexagon thereby creating the bottom corner of the unshaded square described above. If the lines forming the lower longer side of the right side hexagon and the lowest short side of the left side hexagon were extended to meet each other, that line would form the fourth side of this second unshaded square.
