The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a specific design feature of the product packaging for a wine bottle that is a foil cap and label that wraps around and covers the entire bottle. The label consists of a white circle in the lower front middle of the bottle; inside the white circle is a thin pink circle, then outside the white circle is a fixed pattern consisting of a series of concentric thicker circles in the order of pink, orange, red, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, purple.
