THE NON-LATIN CHARACTERS THAT TRANSLITERATE TO "HONG KONG"
The mark consists of the stylized wording "TIMHOWAN" above a design of a circle with a stylized border, with a pair of chopsticks placed vertically in the center of the circle, dividing the circle in halves and a pair of dragons, on each side of the chopsticks, facing one another, all appearing above three large Chinese characters followed by a shaded oval containing four small Chinese characters, stacked vertically.
TIM HO WAN
The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to "TIAN HAO YUN" and "XIANG GANG WEI DAO" and this means "Add good fortune" and "Taste of Hong Kong", respectively, in English.
