The mark consists of the wording "UNITED THROUGH VALOR" below a stylized design. "UNITED" is in gold and brown. "THROUGH VALOR" is in silver and white, and has a horizontal line on the right in silver, and a horizontal line on the left in gray. Above the wording is a stylized design consisting of a badge with an interior circle, outer ring design elements and other stylized design elements. The inner circle of the badge design consists of a circle of four layers. The innermost portion of the circle is presented in gold and brown color with a gold "V" design in the center. The second circle consists of a gold colored ring. The third circle is presented as a thicker brown colored ring, with four Greek words appearing in the upper and lower quadrants of the ring in white color. The third brown circle ring is surrounded by a thin gold ring. A gold and silver sword facing downward from hilt to tip is placed on the face of the badge. The hilt of the sword is gold. The blade of a sword is silver and gray. The word "MINISTERIUM" is presented in all capitalized letters in brown color on the blade of the sword in vertical lettering. On the gold hilt of the sword appears a forward facing Spartan helmet. On both sides of the circle interior of the badge logo, commencing on the left and right hand sides of the tip of the sword, appear a gold leafed band at the top of which - on each side - appears the silhouette of a Spartan helmet in gold.
The non-Latin characters in the top left hand portion of the ring design transliterate to "eunomia" and this means "Good Government" in English. The non-Latin characters in the top right hand portion of the ring design transliterate to "deahkoneah" and this means "Service" in English. The non-Latin characters in the lower right hand portion of the ring design transliterate to "stratiah" and this means "Military" or "Army" in English. The non-Latin characters in the lower left hand portion of the ring design transliterate to "deoda" and this means "Duty" in English. The wording down the middle portion of the ring design on the sword blade is "Ministerrium" and this means "Service" in English.
