"SCHOOL"
The mark consists of a crest comprised of a bold outline of a shield surrounding a shield containing four quadrants, in the upper left of which is an X intersected by a diamond shape, in the upper right of which is an image of a book and an atom, in the lower left of which is an image of a star, and in the bottom right of which is an image of a winged foot. Above the shield inside the crest outline are the words "TALLULAH FALLS SCHOOL", and above those words, still inside the crest outline, is an image of a flame. Below the word "FALLS" and in between the top left and right quadrants of the shield is an image of a hanging pendant. Surrounding the bottom of the shield but inside the crest outline is a laurel design, and at the bottom point of the shield inside the crest is a design of three intersecting arrows, with the quiver of the middle arrow extending up between the bottom two quadrants of the shield, the quiver of the arrow on the left pointing towards the laurel on the left side of the shield, and the quiver of the arrow on the right pointing towards the laurel on the right side of the shield.
AS TO "TALLULAH FALLS SCHOOL" has become distinctive of the goods/services through the applicant's substantially exclusive and continuous use of the mark in commerce that the U.S. Congress may lawfully regulate for at least the five years immediately before the date of this statement.
