The mark consists of Eagle crested badge with justice scale centered in front of eagle breast, positioned above a badge shield bearing the following text: FEDERAL PROTECTION AGENCY, LLC (Top Text Above Center Seal); (Letter) U & (Letter) S (In Center of Badge); TO PROTECT & PRESERVE (Bottom Text Below Center Seal); The center seal has a rope around the outside in the shape of a concentric circle, with 3 interior concentric circles, the initial 2 being thinner than the 3rd concentric circle, all 3 of which are positioned inside of the rope border, bearing successively smaller diameters. Inside of the 3rd inner most concentric circle are three, five pointed stars, positioned linearly across the top of the inner most circle, all three of the 5 pointed stars are center justified. Beneath the three, five pointed stars, is a center justified shield containing a center justified justice scale towards the base of the shield, the top half of this shield is darker than the bottom half, and just above the scale is a center justified arch. Flanking this shield to the right and left are olive branches that intersect just below the base of the shield and are left open towards the top of the shield just beneath the afore referenced three, five pointed stars, positioned towards the top of said shield.
