The mark consists of two concentric circles. In between the two circles appears the wording "KEISER UNIVERSITY" around the top of the circle and the words "INTEGRITAS VERITAS SAPIENTIA" around the bottom of the circle with a star at the beginning, in between, and at the end of these three words. Two branches with leaves appear below the shield, with one branch on either side of the shield.
