The mark consists of a circular carrier, the top half of which is shown with hash marked lines with spaces in between one another, a solid larger continuous line set within the hash marked line, a solid thinner line set within the larger line, and the bottom half of which is comprised of a stylized circular saw blade, a solid larger continuous line set within the circular saw blade image, and a solid thinner line set within the larger line. Inside the circular carrier there are 3 stars at the top. One smaller star on the left with a larger star raised next to it, with another small star to right.
