The words "FUELING AMERICA'S ENERGY INDEPENDENCE" are blue and in a stacked relationship and positioned under part of "EMPOWERMENT" and besides "ALLIANCE". The color white represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
