The mark consists of a repeating pattern applied in whole or in part on or in connection with the goods or services. Each of the patterns that is repeated to form the repeating pattern consists of a combination of two triangular designs and three linear designs, each design of which is formed from a grouping of spaced circular designs shown in outline form. One of the two triangular designs is formed from two identical isosceles-like triangles having equal size legs larger than the base, each triangle of which is juxtaposed such that the apex of one is adjacent to yet spaced from the apex of the other to form a mirror-like symmetry. The second of the two triangular designs is formed from two identical isosceles triangles, each of which has equal size legs smaller than the base, the bases of which are juxtaposed adjacent to, yet spaced from each to form a spacing in which circular designs are symmetrically positioned. From the apex of one of the two isosceles triangles that forms the second triangular design, a first linear design extends. The second triangular design is repeated with the duplicate of the second triangular design shifted 180 degrees relative to the other design and adjacent to the other design. A second of the three linear designs extends perpendicularly from the point at which the apexes of the two isosceles-like triangles forming the first triangular design are spaced from each other to a point adjacent to the end of the first linear design. The third linear design is positioned parallel to the long axis formed by the combination of isosceles triangles forming the first triangular design and extends to unite one pattern with another pattern to form the repeating pattern. The mark is not limited to position or placement.
