Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of two separate elements which create the whole logo. The logo is divided by a thin red line running vertically between the element of the left-hand side, and the element on the right-hand side. The element on the left hand-side is a unique, computer-animated depiction of a plant growing out of a flower pot. The image is simplistic, red lines making up the pot and stems of the plant, and three red circles making of the buds of the plant. On the right-hand side of the dividing line are the letter and numeric characters "G" "E" "N" "3" in all-caps in bolded font (the "3" is unbolded, however). Placed directly below the "G" "E" "N" "3" are the characters "N" "A" "N" "O" "T" "E" "C" "H" in smaller, all-caps font.
