The mark consists of the letters "PDS" in lower case and navy blue on the right. On the left are three (3) trapezoidal figures, overlapping, and in descending perspective from the left side to the right side. The largest trapezoid, on the right, has the color of royal blue. Its shape is vertical, with its left side approximately one-third longer than the right side, and its width approximately one-half the length of the left side. The angle of decline from the top left side to the top right side is approximately the same as the angle of ascent from the bottom of the left side to the bottom of the right side, with the perspective effect of an unseen vanishing point to the right.
