The mark consists of We are trademarking our clothing brand "VANILLA". The mark in the photos is shown with the gold and white lettering YET, these colors will be changing depending on the collection and other factors. We want to make that clear as to prevent any later confusion. Also, we would like to mention that the color scheme is not really essential to the trademark, we are more concerned with the lettering/ logo design as it is unique to our company and has been in use for some time.
