Altskan Arkady, an individual with an address of 6710 Whitestone Road, Baltimore, MD 21207, which is the owner of Registration No. 4,608,661, issued September 23, 2014, for the mark ARENI ONE for footwear. It is believed that Mr. Arkady's company, Pilgrim Shoes, has used the ARENI ONE mark for orthopedic footwear throughout the United States since January 1, 2013, and that the mark is used by applying it to packaging and labeling of the goods. Applicant claims the right to exclusive use of the applied for mark, Areni 1, throughout the United States for the packaging and labeling of footwear, with the exception that Applicant is not permitted to use the applied for mark, Areni 1, for the packaging or labeling of orthopedic footwear.
