The mark consists of The Logo is comprised of 4 letters from the English alphabet. These letters are "H"...""A"..."Z"..."E". Together the form the word "HAZE". The logo is stylized in a specific font that was created by the illustrator/designer retained to create a logo. There is a " wavy" line that begins in the letter "H" (the first letter) then passes through the "A" (the second letter, which then passes through the "Z" the third letter, which finally ends in the letter "E" (which is the final letter). The continuity of the line has been broken up in between each of the letters in order to give each letter its own spacing and individuality. Also, the letter "E" has been further individualized by removing the main connecting line (vertical line) in the capital letter "E". This gives the letter "E" the impression that it is comprised of only three horizontal lines. Two of the lines, the upper and lower lines, being straight. The center line being slightly wavy as it is part of the continuous line that has been aforementioned in this description. This logo has been designed and researched to see if there is any other logo currently in existence that is equal to or similar to this in design. There are none to our knowledge. We also anticipate using the logo in various color in the same font. Not solely purple, black, and white. However, these three colors being the primary colors used and synonymous with our brand. The transfer of rights and ownership have been given to us by the creator in conjunction with the logo.
