"EST. 2019" AND "CULTURE"
The mark consists of a punishment collar used on slaves consisting of a circular ring with four bars extending diagonally out from it. There are two bars attached to the right and left sides of the ring, which bars are in line with the corresponding bars on the other side of the ring. The outer ends of each bar are split in two, with one half pointing upward and one half pointing downward. There is a closed padlock on the left side of the ring between the two bars that are attached to that side of the ring. The padlock is in a horizontal position with its bottom facing to the front of the punishment collar and the right hand bottom of the padlock is obscured by the front bar on the left side of the ring. There is a scroll banner in the shape of a half circle that goes around the front of the punishment collar, with the far ends of the bars to the back and on the right and left side being inside the banner and the banner running beneath the bars to the front and on the right and left side. The far ends of the bars to the front are outside the bottom edge of the banner. The word "Culture" in all capital letters is written on the banner and centered between the bars to the front of the punishment collar. The banner continues past the ends of the bars to the back of the punishment collar folding around them and then going horizontally out to the right and left. On the left hand end of the banner, the letters "OG" , in capital letters followed by a period, appear above the date "1619". On the right hand side of the banner, the letters "EST", in capital letters followed by a period, appear above the date "2019". The ends of both sides of the banner are cut in a swallow tail manner. Centered above the banner and punishment collar is the word "Reappropriated", all in capital letters. That word is surrounded by a solid line border with small triangles appearing in the center of the two ends of the border. The outer edge of the border along the end of both sides of that word is slightly inside the top edge end of the banner on each side. The upper split end of the back bar on the left side of the punishment collar is inside the border and almost touches the bottom of the first "p" in that word, and the upper split end of the back bar on the right side of the punishment collar is centered beneath the second letter "a" of that word and is beneath the border around it.
