The mark consists of the stylized word "RTRLAW". All of the letters in the mark are capitalized. There are no spaces between any of the letters. All of the letters are the same height. The first three letters, "RTR" have a thicker width and are bolder than the last three letters "LAW". Above the "T", is a single flame that has two points. The first point at the top of the flame curves to the viewer's left and the second point, which is in the middle of the flame, curves out to the viewer's right. The bottom of the flame contains a cutout of a two pointed smaller flame.
