Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of the universal recycling symbol as its first character, which is to be viewed as the "O" in the name of the brand - 'O'rejean; 're' are the second and third characters, which indicates "'re'use" or "'re'cycle"; and then the word "jean." Orejean is the root word of various products I am creating out of used jeans - including, but not limited to, pet products. I will be attaching files that will show "Orejeanal Paws." Other uses are "Orejeanations," "Orejeanals," etc. The mark will have color, but, if presenting black and white here is sufficient, and will leave room for variances in the future as to color, I am fine with that. I do not want to be "stuck" with black and white, however, so, if I have to state colors, I will state the color scheme that I am currently using, which is green fading into yellow (only a hint of yellow), so, each character in the mark will be mainly green, a slight amount transitioning green into yellow, and then a hint of yellow.
