Within the polygon is a stylized capitol building in black, red, and white. Overlaying the base of the capitol building is a frontal view of the apex of a Gable roof in white and black. Between the apex of a Gable roof and the interior white border of the polygon is the wording "FJA" in white. Above the base of the building are a series of columns, windows, pilasters, exedra, and exterior lights in white, black, and red. The top of the building consists of a balustrade enclosing a dome and exterior lights in black, red, and white. A cupola in black, red, and white sits atop the dome with a flagpole and stylized American flag in red and white on top of the cupola. Three white stars appear around the cupola and stylized American flag, one white star to the right and two white stars to the left.
