The mark consists of a caricature of a female kangaroo approximately centered on a perspective truncated cylinder of desert sand, with a cactus to the left of the kangaroo and a sun above the cactus, set against an approximately semi-circular background of sky narrower than the cylinder and up to the nose of the kangaroo, the kangaroo wearing a tank top, a sombrero, and a bracelet on the right hand, the tank top having an Australian flag displayed below the collar, the sombrero having a hatband, a zig-zag pattern on the brim and round danglers hanging from the brim, seven to the left and eight to the right of the forehead, with the ears extending through the sombrero and slightly above the hatband, the kangaroo facing forward and standing at the oblique, feet to the left and tail to the right with a partially hidden left foot, the left hand akimbo and the right hand at the abdomen above an empty pouch, the right foot and hand showing painted nails, eyes wide open with lashes and brows, a smile baring two teeth, a tuft of hair showing at the forehead below the sombrero, and a stylized "MEXIROO" across the cylinder, each of the letters being highlighted to the left by a zig-zag pattern and to the right by arrays of beads.
