"PREMIUM PLAYING CARDS" AND "U.S.A."
The mark consists of a fanciful design on a box for playing cards. The obverse face of the box features a background that is rotationally symmetric about its center, such that non-centered design elements described below are doubled. A circular seal contains a spade surrounded by six lines that are at all times equidistant from each other, the edge of the spade, and the circle of the seal. Within the spade is a letter "C" with a stylized serif that projects from the top terminus of the letter "C" toward and through its center. Around the outside of the seal is a legend with the words "LIBERTAS JUSTITIA VERITAS" repeating. A sinusoidal banner runs up the upper left includes the words "LIBERTAS ET JUSTITIA" and another sinusoidal banner running down the upper right partially includes "PREMIUM PLAYING C[ARDS]". Horizontal hatching fills in the empty space around the seal. Overlaying this background are textual banners reading "PREMIUM", "PLAYING", "CARDS", and "THEORY 11" centered in the top half; "CITIZENS" with the same stylized serifs on the letters "C" and "S" running diagonally along the center from lower left to upper right; and "E PLURIBUS" and "UNUM" at lower right. The reverse face of the box includes a stylized eye within a spade, surrounded by, sequentially, the equally spaced line pattern of the spades on the obverse face; a ring of scrollwork, a ring with the text "AUT VIAM INVENIAM AUT FACIAM" repeated twice; a ring of petal shapes formed by the spacing of alternating diagonal line patterns; a ring of crossing diagonal lines; a ring of a visual effect of draping fabric formed by curved lines; and a larger repeating of the petal shapes. One side face of the box displays the word "CITIZENS" in the same stylized typeface as on the obverse face. An upper face of the box includes the term "CITIZENS" in the same stylized typeface as on the obverse face and side face. One flap to rest under the upper face includes the term "T11" in a stylized typeface and another displays a crown. A flap of the upper face made to rest under the reverse face displays the stylized letter "C" flanked by leaves, scrollwork, and the diagonal lines of the reverse face's petals, and includes the terms "U.S.A." and "MADE". The dotted outline of the box shows the relative position of the mark for which registration is sought on the packaging of the goods, and is not a part of the mark.
