The mark consists of the stylized lettering "BRC" in which the "B" and "R" are merged and the letter "C" is at the bottom and the lower portion extends outward to form a circular border. Going around the circular border are smaller circles. Outside the smaller circles is a double incomplete circular border featuring stylized flare-like designs on the left and right sides. The top gap features a stylized crown featuring three small circles in the base. Above the crown is a fleur-de-lis-like shape featuring two small circles on the left and right sides. At the very bottom is the stylized words "BOUTIQUE RETIREMENT" in a stacked formation featuring on the left and right sides vertical bands comprised of small stacked blocks.
