The seal has an outer rim with the words "International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease". Within the inner circle of the seal and extending into the outer rim is an architectural archway with a brick design above the archway. Vertical and horizontal diameter lines cross the inner circle of the seal, two lines curve from the top and bottom of the inner circle of the seal, and another line curves from two points near the bottom edge of the inner circle of the seal.
