The mark consists of three poker chips cascading down and to the right behind the words "RIO" and "BERMUDAGRASS"; the word "Rio" extends to the right from the poker chips with letter "R" overlapping the poker chips - the bottom, left of the letter is centered at the top of the inlay of the bottom poker chip and extends upward over the right edge of the middle poker chip and continues over the right edge of the inlay of the top poker chip; the word "Bermudagrass", in smaller letters, extends from the center of the right edge of the bottom poker chip; the words "RIO" and "BERMUDAGRASS" are both in black, uppercase letters; the bottom poker chip is blue with six white stripes containing alternating hearts and diamonds, both of which are gray; centered between each of the stripes are alternating black spades and clovers; on the inlay of the bottom poker chip are six interlocking, black blades of grass on a white background; the blades of grass extend upward from the inside, bottom of a black ring which completely encircles the blades of grass; extending from the black ring to the edge of the inlay are four alternating rings, two of which are white and two of which are green; the middle poker chip - the bottom, right one-fourth of which is covered by the bottom poker chip - is green with four white, visible stripes containing alternating hearts and diamonds, both of which are gray; centered between each of the stripes on the middle poker chip are alternating black spades and clovers; on the inlay of the middle poker chip are parts of four visible, interlocking, black blades of grass on a white background; the blades of grass on the inlay of the middle poker chip extend upward from the inside, bottom of a black ring which completely encircles the blades of grass; extending from the black ring to the edge of the inlay of the middle poker chip are four alternating rings, two of which are white and two of which are blue; the top poker chip is identical to the bottom poker chip except that the bottom one-third of the top poker chip is covered by the middle poker chip. The remaining white in the mark indicates transparency and forms no part of the mark.
