The mark consists of a circular emblem. The Gordian Knot is at the center and is surrounded by four concentric circles. There are four spokes that connect the knot with the inner most circle. Between the two inner and two outer circles, on top, is the stylized wording "OPENSOURCE MD". On the lower portion of the emblem between the two inner and two outer circles is the stylized wording "TEMET NOSCE". On the right and left sides of the two inner and two outer circles is a stylized Staff of Asclepius.
