The mark consists of the words Champagne Cat and a design including a drawing of a cat with a smiling round face wearing a top hat and having arms and and legs and paws for hands and feet; the cat's face is round with triangular shaped ears on each side of the face. The cat is wearing a top hat that is black with a white band around the base of the cylinder where the cylinder meets the brim and has a vertical band from the brim to the top of the hat. The cat has two eyes with large black pupils surrounded by the whites of its eyes with a large round red nose in the center of its face in between each eye. Whiskers protrude from the sides of the nose. The mouth of the cat is open and in a smiling position revealing teeth on the top and a tongue on the bottom of the mouth, both of which are white, on a black background on the interior of the mouth.
