The four-pointed star has points arranged so that the top two points are parallel to the bottom two points. The individual stars have lines bifurcating each point of the star twice, with each of the two bifurcating lines originating at the the point of each star flare and crossing the middle of the star and meeting at the point of the opposite diagonal star flare.
