The mark consists of the letter W on a design of 4 concentric circles in a pattern placed next to each other to form a quadrant shape. At the outer edge where the circles meet in the center, there is a v shaped design containing circle shapes to connect the circles. Extending horizontally from the center of the "V" shape on the left and right of the concentric circles are two lines. On the side of the line closest to the concentric circles, the line splits and curves up and down, forming a scroll pattern.
