The mark consists of The mark consists of a rectangle consisting of two thin parallel lines with small dots in between and solid squares at the corners with "Makaha" near the top arranged along an arched path. Beneath the text is a portrait of the last monarch of the Kingdom of Hawaii, Queen Liliuokalani. Her portrait is oval shaped and background includes palm fronds visible and a decorative border. Atop the portrait's border is an illustration of the official Hawaiian royal crown. Beneath the portrait is the text "Polynesian Style". Beneath the "Polynesian Style" is text "Spiced Rum". There is also a closure seal consisting of an illustration of the official Hawaiian royal crown in the center of a circle with an ornate boarder that will be placed on top of the cap that closes the bottle. There are two Hawaiian flags that attach to the outer parameter of the circle. One flag is arranged below the bottom of the crown and the other is arranged above the crown. The stripes of the flag are abnormally long and end in a diagonal direction.
