The mark consists of a rectangular shape with two parallel, horizontal lines forming the top edge and two parallel, horizontal lines forming the bottom edge. There are no horizontal edges depicted. Within the rectangle, the words "International Foundation" are stacked over "for Protection Officers" between the horizontal lines and right justified. On the left side of the rectangle, there is a diamond shape which is vertically centered and long enough to cross through the top and bottom sets of horizontal lines. Inside the center of the diamond, we see an open, hard-cover book. Superimposed over the center of the book is a sword pointing downward. The sword is almost as long as the top and bottom length of the diamond. A black rectangle is superimposed over the center of the sword. In white, bold, sans-serif block letters "IFPO" is written in the block.
