The mark consists of sixteen (16) small five (5)-point stars arranged in a circle, not touching, with a vertical, elongated circle resembling a rectangle with circular top and bottom ends in the twelve-o-clock position. The elongated circle is half within, half outside the circle of the 16 small 5-point star. The elongated circle is roughly as wide as one of the 5-point stars, and is roughly as tall as the diameter of the circle of stars. There is blank space to the left and right of the elongated circle, enough to accommodate one of the 5-point stars on either side.
