36 Advisory services with respect to current or potential client investments and divestments; asset management of real estate, financial and other investment assets; real estate owned ("REO") servicing with respect to client REO assets, namely, property preservation, oversight of renovation and repair, leasing, property disposition and other similar and related services; hedging services designed to reduce client exposures to foreign currency, interest rates and other market risks, namely, (i) advising with respect to hedge positions, hedging strategies, documentation and regulatory considerations and (ii) implementing approved transactions; ancillary investment services, namely, compliance, audit, accounting, fund administration and periodic reporting, treasury and cash management, tax, risk management advice, information technology development and other similar and related services
