The penguin is standing upright and tilted left at an angle of 35 degrees while positioned on the flat face of a hemisphere-shaped base which appears to be flying above a white floor on which the black shadow of the penguin-figure is cast. The white color as described herein is part of the mark, while the white color otherwise in the drawing represents background and is not part of the mark.
