Moving in a clockwise direction, the next set of curling lines is contained within the area of the inner white circle between the star point at the lower right side of the inner white circle and the star point at the top right of the inner white circle. The last set of curling lines is contained within the area of the inner white circle between the star point at the top left of the inner white circle and the star point at the very top of the inner white circle. Surrounding the white circle is a black ring. At the top of the black ring are the words "Istrouma Bière", white in color, situated left to right. Directly underneath the letter "I" in "Istrouma" is the number "20". Directly beneath the ending letter "E" in "Bière" is the number "18." At the bottom of the black ring, written from left to right, is the word "Republiqué", white in color.
