The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to "MAO JIAO ZU" and "CHENG DU MAO CAI" and this means "extremely spicy Cheng Du Mao Cai cooking techniques" in English, as CHENG DU is the provincial capital and largest city of Sichuan Province in Southwest China, and MAO CAI is a style of cooking originating from the Chinese city of Chengdu, in Sichuan China.
