Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a stripe of uniform width on the external surface of a shoe, which runs on the outside facing side of the shoe from the base of the midfoot near the sole forward and upward toward the laces, to a point near the next to the bottom eyelet, then continues up the shoe parallel to the eyelets, then dips in a slight curve parallel to the opening of the shoe and curves around the ankle and upper heel area to repeat on the other side.
