The mark consists of a circle that is completely colored and includes four separate colors presented in five horizontal layers: the top is navy blue representing the sky, the second layer is teal, depicting mountains, the third is turquoise, to represent another color dimension of the landscape, the fourth is also teal and is the only color section/layer that does not span from one edge of the circle to the next, but is contained on the right hand side below the turquoise line; the last, the fifth layer at the bottom fills the bottom 1/3 of the circle with a steel blue color and depicts water.
