41 TheExperience College Internship is a nationally accredited* higher education program that combines formal academics at Grace College of Divinity along with hands-on leadership training at Manna Church (Fayetteville, NC). Students enrolled in theExperience College Internship take Bible classes that work towards a certificate or degree in one of three majors - Christian Leadership, Intercultural Studies, or Worship Ministry. Outside of the classroom, students intern full-time in one of our various tracks that focus on developing professional skills and practical experience in the field of their choice. Tracks offer training in areas such as Student Ministries, Children's Ministry, Vocational Teaching, Graphic Design, Counseling, Dance, Community Outreach, International Missions, Worship, Live Production, and more. Once interns graduate one year of the program they are awarded an accredited certificate in their major of study, and if they complete two years of the program they are awarded with an accredited Associate's Degree in the major of their study.
