The mark consists of a seal comprising a shield divided into three sections with a bendlet partition positioned party per bend with the bendlet consisting of a number of vertical lines upon which is positioned a medieval style axe. The partition to the lower left of the shield bears a star and three books, one of which is open, and the partition to the top right of the shield bears clasped hands and two stars. Below the shield are two ribbons, one ribbon bearing the Greek alphabet letters "PHI BETA SIGMA" and one ribbon bearing the text "FOUNDED 1914". Above the shield is a representation of a flying dove with a background representation of rays of light. The shield is surrounded by a circle bearing the words "PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY, INC." above three stars on the left side and three curved bars on the right side. The bottom portion of the circle bears the words "BROTHERHOOD SCHOLARSHIP SERVICE" separated by two circular bullet points.
