The mark consists of the words Hill York within two suggested intersecting circles, the words are depicted in white with the circles filled in depicted in black and with an outline, the word Hill is above the word York, both Hill and York have initial capital letters, the lowercase "I" in Hill is curved at the top below the dot, the top of the "Y" in York extends from the "I" to the last "L" in Hill, to the right of the suggested intersecting circles is a vertical line, the same height as the suggested intersecting circles and to the right of the line, and of the same height, is the word HYSTAT depicted in black, with the "HY" and "S" in capital letters and "tat" in lower case letters.
