9 Provisional patent has already been applied for this comprehensive non-violent personal protection system application, which is intended for use in precarious isolated situations. The system can be mobilized manually, via voice command or via remote control, or, automatically, by the system's 360 degree motion detectors(once these are set on alert, or when the subscriber loses balance or is separated from the device. Once activated, when anyone enters an adjustable e.g. 15' radius "buffer zone" a live dispatcher is alerted and is informed of the subscriber's location via GPS. Over a microphone the dispatcher immediately warns person(s) of the actual fact that if they approach any closer (into e.g. a 10' radius "safe space") they will be videotaped and audiotaped and that police are already en route. If assailants proceed into the "safe space" the coordinated cell phone like devices shine a focused bright light in the direction of the would be attackers, illuminating them and blinding them with respect to the subscriber. Such a "trespass" will trigger selected pre-packaged deterrents such as the sound of police sirens and warnings such as: "Step back!" plus a rotating light pointing at the ground delineating the "safe space". For 360 degree coverage there will be a "master device" which is usually the subscriber's mobile phone and four other complementary mobile phone like devices. All 5 devices have motion detectors, bright focused lights and video taping capabilities for 360 degree coverage. Additionally, the "master device" has GPS, a microphone, a loudspeaker and an audio recorder. Current designs are a stylish head band, a fashion apparel modified neck pillow configuration and a vest with epaulettes wherein the side monitoring devices can be mounted so as to give side view coverage. Persons within the "safe space" or, who are allowed to enter into the "safe space" when the system is turned off, will not activate the system, nor will passing vehicles
