The mark consists of an overall image of a circle like a poker chip. The center is the image of globe with concentric circles around it. The outer circler is solid, the next is a thin line, and the next is a thick, incomplete circle comprised of two semi-circles. There are three thin curved lines at the ends of the semi-circles and a shaded five-pointed star on either side between the semi-circles. In front of the globe is the wording "VRA" in uppercase lettering with a 3D shading effect. Inside the top perimeter of the thickest circle is the wording "VEGAS" in smaller uppercase lettering.
