This is done several times creating an upside down triangle followed by a slightly larger right side up triangle, followed by a upside down triangle of the same size, followed by a right side up triangle, followed by a smaller upside down triangle. The red line then returns to its original position and continues straight as a short dash. The triangular waves are meant to simulate audio or sound waves.
